STANDARD
Warranty commences on the date of invoice. Warranty is given to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The consumer SHOULD HAVE THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE COUPLED WITH THIS DOCUMENT as proof of the Warranty period, or this Warranty may be null and void. This warranty DOES NOT cover normal maintenance, damage to the product resulting from, but not limited to, accident, improper use of product, improper installation and power surges. The Warranty is considered null and void (Furniture Nicale will not take responsibility) if product is repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel, if merchandise is not delivered by Furniture Nicale, if merchandise is shipped via boat or plane or delivered to a third party. We do not offer cash refunds, a store credit is issued in place of an item that is returned or restocked less a 15% restocking fee.
APPLIANCES For a period of three months (90 days) from the date of purchase 2 Furniture Nicale will repair free of charge any parts which fail due to manufacture defects/faults. Any failure after such time will be at normal price for parts and labor. All Washers are installed for a surcharge if the proper plumbing and electrical requirements are in place. All Dryers require exhaust vent installed. There is surcharge per unit (dryer) for this service. All appliances must be installed by a licensed Technician, or the Warranty is considered null and void.
NEED TO KNOW This Warranty does not include failure due to: Misuse or abuse of product; Domestic product used in commercial application; Improper electrical supply; Improper installation (not installed by Furniture Nicale or authorized agent), If the unit has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than Furniture Nicale. If the merchandise has been subject to accident, alterations, neglect, If the merchandise is used on improper voltage supply or during abnormal electrical supply or power surge, If the model/serial data plate is removed from the unit, If the unit is moved from the original installed location by persons other than Furniture Nicale or its agents, loss of knobs, shelving, neglect, malicious damage, cosmetic, damages (scratches, dents, etc.) caused in customer possession.
DELIVERY We place all furniture inside the front door of your home or to the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED (require a surcharge)
* Placing furniture into specific rooms of your home, condo, or apartment
* Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
* Removal of packing materials
* Any necessary assembly
You are given 1 day to review your new furniture and alert us of any damages or defects. After one day is exhausted no claims can be made.
STORE PICKUP: Please bring original receipt and an appropriate vehicle for your furniture pickup. We will not be responsible for unsafe deliveries.

DELIVERY HOURS:
BOAT DELIVERY: 10:00am - 12:00pm Monday-Friday
LAND DELIVERY: 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday
DELIVERY NOTIFICATION: The store will contact you 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance to inform you that the delivery driver will be passing your way to make his delivery. Please provide a valid telephone number and ensure that there will be someone at the appointed location to receive and sign for your merchandise. Failure to have proper procedures in place may result in merchandise not being delivered. A delivery charge of $28 will be applied if the driver has to return to location. There is an additional $10.00 charge for upstairs deliveries
PICKUP NOTIFICATIONS: Call or what’s App 242-425-4299 at least one day in advance so that we can have your merchandise ready for you to collect. Failure to call ahead may result in next day pick up. Merchandise will be reserved on the day of pickup only.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (PAID SERVICE) Unpacking of furniture, Removal of unwanted merchandise, Set-up (putting on knobs, handles, setting up of furniture etc.)
